I absolutely love to cook and sharing my recipes and tips with others, but all in the time constraints of being a busy working mother. I am all about whole foods and fresh ingredients and make the majority of things from scratch, but I am never above a great shortcut. People often ask me how I have time to cook (seemingly) elaborate meals with a job and a bunch of kids, but honestly cooking is my zen. I love turning some music on (old school R&B is my fav) and cooking. I try to make family friendly recipes that everyone will enjoy (and that make good leftovers), because really, who has time to cook every night (not me!)
